Community Outreach and Assistance Program
Through the Community Outreach and Assistance Program, clients and potential clients can receive assistance in applying for
Ø Children’s insurance (CHIP & Children’s Medicaid)
Ø Medicaid (Including the Women’s Health Program)
Ø Food Stamps
Ø Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF)
Ø Long-term care (financial assistance)
Information flyers and applications may be picked up at any HCCAA Multi-Service Senior Center, Head Start Center, Family Planning Clinic and other social service agencies throughout the area during regular operating hours.
Group and one-on-one education sessions and direct assistance will also be available at locations throughout the area. Call the HCCAA service site in your area for an appointment or more information.
