Community Outreach and Assistance Program Through the Community Outreach and Assistance Program, clients and potential clients can receive assistance in applying for Children’s insurance (CHIP & Children’s Medicaid) Medicaid (Including the Women’s Health Program) Food Stamps Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF) Long-term care (financial assistance) Information flyers and applications may be picked up at any HCCAA Multi-Service Senior Center, Head Start Center, Family Planning Clinic and other social service agencies throughout the area during regular operating hours.
